I know you can’t eat this so you may wonder why I’ve put this on my food blog, but it is made in a very similar way to a lot of food recipes, and is a handy little thing to know how to make if you ever have children over to stay or have your own.

2012 in review

The lovely people here at WordPress created an annual review of my blog. I found this quite interesting to see what people are actually looking at overall. I check my stats quite a lot, but am often just looking to see what people were looking at this week. I’ve shared this here just in case anyone else wishes to read it. I doubt it, but maybe you might. It made me think about how few posts I’ve written in the past few months though, and has inspired me to start blogging again more regularly.

Here’s an excerpt:

600 people reached the top of Mt. Everest in 2012. This blog got about 4,300 views in 2012. If every person who reached the top of Mt. Everest viewed this blog, it would have taken 7 years to get that many views.
